Madshdes.com offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the USA and international shipping across the globe. In stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days. Please note the availability of your items when placing your orders. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using Priority Shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days (USA only)

Notes:

  • We do offer combined shipping fees, If ordering 2 or more items from multiple shipping categories, you will only be charged the first item's shipping charge, and free shipping on each additional item.
  • Tracking is available for all orders. You will receive an email which will provide you with your UPS or USPS tracking information.

Additionally, when ordering from Branded-Sunglasses.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our policy. If you are unsure of any aspects of this transaction please contact us first. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO. All deliveries must be made to a billing verifiable, physical street address.

Return Policy

If you are not simply happy with your product for any reason, please Contact US. Please note that after 7 days period, we can not accept any returns only exchanges allowed . You will be instructed on how to return your item and will be provided with your RAN (return authorization number). Once you receive your RAN, please print out a copy and enclose it with your return. Please be sure to return your purchase exactly as it arrived, UNUSED, w/ original dust bag/tags intact, send it back within (7) days of receipt, and we'll refund your payment within 3 to 5 days after it has been received. It's that easy! NO RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURN ITEMS that have factory defect issues, there will be a 20% restock fee apply to any other issues. Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchange Policy

We strongly recommend using United States Post Office, USPS that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot accept any orders past the 7-day receipt timeframe. Thank you for your understanding. We understand that gift-giving is not always easy, so we offer you an easy return policy. Please be sure to fill out the Exchange authorization form and specify the item(s) you want to exchange for within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Include a complete description of the issue in the comments field for an exchange, clearly stating the style number and color for the exchange item on the return form. Your exchange will be processed immediately and a hold will be placed on your exchange item. Once we receive your package, your credit card will either be charged or credited depending on the value of your exchange, and a new tracking number will be issued once your package has been shipped. All exchanges will be charged a $10.00 shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
